The role
We are looking for a senior Android developer with 4+ years of experience. This is a full-time, on-site role in Sarajevo. You'll work within our long-term partnership with ICA, one of Scandinavia's biggest brands. We are currently looking to fill 2 positions.
Start date: 04/2026
Project
You will work on the ICA mobile app used by millions of loyalty members across Sweden. Your day-to-day will involve building new features, writing tests, fixing bugs, and improving existing code. You'll be part of an agile product team working closely with developers in Sweden.
Qualifications
- Minimum 4+ years of professional Android development experience
- Experience with enterprise-level mobile applications
- Fluent English, written and spoken
Required competencies
- Strong experience with Kotlin
- Jetpack Compose
- Coroutines
- Hilt or Dagger
- Android SDK
- Git
- CI/CD pipelines (Bitrise or similar)
- MVVM architecture
- Android Architecture Components
- Solid understanding of Android UI and UX guidelines
- Test-driven development and high test coverage
- Reactive programming using RxJava and Kotlin Flows
- Clear communication and collaboration skills
- Willingness to share knowledge and learn from others
Nice to have competencies
- Experience with mixed Compose and XML codebases
- Experience with Kotlin Multiplatform
