Senior project manager (ERP & integration)

Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina (Remote)

We're looking for a senior PM for a project-based engagement with one of our enterprise clients in the manufacturing industry.

This can work as a freelance contract (obrt or equivalent) or a fixed-term employment, whichever fits your situation.

The role is part-time and fully remote, with an estimated duration of 6 months. You'll be engaged through zendev for the duration of the project.

The project

You'll lead a project that sits at the intersection of ERP systems and multi-channel data integration. The work has both technical and business dimensions.

You'll work with cross-functional teams to define requirements, structure workflows, and keep the project moving.

You won't be writing code. You will be the person who ensures the right decisions are made, the right people are aligned, and the work doesn't stall.

What the engagement looks like

Start: as soon as possible
Duration: approximately 6 months
Allocation: 50% at the start, moving to around 25% as the project matures
Work model: fully remote
Rate: hourly

What we're looking for

Senior PM experience on ERP-related projects in manufacturing or similar industries
Understanding of integration flows: EDI, APIs, and automated data processing
Awareness of multi-channel data inputs (EDI, web portals, PDF processing, automated emails)
Ability to run projects with both technical and business dimensions
Experience driving requirements, structuring workflows, and tracking progress
Ability to translate business logic into solution design
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Nice to have

Experience with approval or decision-flow processes
Background in compliance-driven change projects
Understanding of procurement or supply chain processes
